Integrating sustainability into creative writing and literature courses

Mandy Haggith, a lecturer at UHI Inverness, integrates sustainability into her creative writing and literature courses. Her approaches include structuring assignments around the SDGs, which are helping to enhance students’ employability skills, as well as conducting exercises to support students’ future thinking skills. Her work is supported by UHI's strong commitment to sustainability and highlights what can be achieved in institutions that actively promote education for sustainable development.
