Prior to the event, Dr Muggeridge underwent a cardiorespiratory fitness test with Dr Daniel Crabtree and Kirsty Hickson (RD) and his cognitive fatigue was assessed pre- and post-test by Dr Hannes De Kock. These measurements were pre-recorded and took place in the Active Health Exercise Lab. During the live show, Dr Muggeridge completed the Foxlake Triathlon and Dr Crabtree assessed his physiological responses to the event.
