Part of the Clan Donald Gaelic Arts Week, and supported by EventScotland’s Scottish Clan Event Fund, this public talk was live-streamed from Armadale Castle. It introduced listeners to 'pibroch', the ceremonial music of the Highland bagpipe that flourished during the 17th and early 18th centuries in the Highlands and Islands and explained its musical structures with illustrations from his own playing.
