This work describes in graphic form the process(s) attached to publishing in the open access publishing environment, while including a Rights Retention Statement (RRS) for the AAM, how to fund payment of the APC and ensuring the publication meets funder, policy and REF criteria. This version updates the 2017 graphic adding APC, REF2029 and RRS information.
