Description of project aims
The mPower project aims to develop and test pathways for social prescribing and ehealth interventions across borders in the West of Scotland and border regions of Ireland and Northern Ireland. UHI Division of Rural Health and Wellbeing are carrying out the Research and Evaluation Workpackage of this EU-funded project.
