Layman's description
Bunadas is a freely-available online network database of cognates words - currently words in Indo-European languages, with a strong emphasis on the celtic languages. It currently (2020-02-26) contains 62926 entries, including 3570 Proto-Indo-European, 1256 Proto-Celtic, 14771 Old Irish, 13911 Modern Irish, 2584 Scottish Gaelic, 1966 Manx, 455 Proto-Brythonic, 2974 Welsh, 2247 Cornish, 1674 Breton, 432 Gaulish, 1622 Proto-Germanic, 488 Old Norse, 1324 Old English, 3163 English, 1268 German, 2818 Latin, 974 French, 1038 Ancient Greek.
