Prior to the event, Dr Muggeridge underwent a cardiorespiratory fitness test with Dr Daniel Crabtree and Kirsty Hickson (RD) and his cognitive fatigue was assessed pre- and post-test by Dr Hannes De Kock. These measurements were pre-recorded and took place in the Active Health Exercise Lab. During the live show, Dr Muggeridge completed the Foxlake Triathlon and Dr Crabtree assessed his physiological responses to the event. Both Dr Muggeridge and Dr Crabtree were interviewed during the live broadcast.
