title = "The genome sequence of the chlorophyte Dunaliella primolecta CCAP 11/34 (Butcher, 1959)",
abstract = "We present a genome assembly from a colony of Dunaliella primolecta (Chlorophyta; Chlorophyceae; Chlamydomonadales; Dunaliellaceae). The genome sequence is 211 megabases in span. Most of the assembly (91.36%) is scaffolded into 16 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The organelle genomes have also been assembled, and the mitochondrial genome was 41.6 kilobases in length and the plastid genome is 242.6 kilobases long.",
