Description of project aims
RIPEET was an EU Horizons funded research pilot programme seeking innovative energy solutions at the regional level. It sought to gain solutions to three main issues linked to fuel poverty, increasing energy prices and renewable energy benefits for local communities.

A research project seeking innovate energy based solutions to aid the regional transition of the Outer Hebrides towards net zero whilst at the same time seeking to respond to increasing energy prices and increasing domestic fuel poverty.
