Project Details

Description of project aims

Eòlas was an inter-university collaboration between Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, UHI, Edinburgh University and Strathclyde University where Gaelic initial teacher education departments worked together. Eòlas consisted of five days of professional learning events for student teachers, primary and secondary teachers who were new to the profession, or Gaelic Medium teachers seeking professional development opportunities.

All learning was conducted online and delivered by education and teaching professionals covering a wide range of subjects and skills for all stages of education (primary and secondary).
