Description of project aims

This project explores some of the overlaps between methods and practice in contemporary art and contemporary archaeology and how these have influenced research-led teaching at the UHI. The MA in Contemporary Art and Archaeology forms a case study for examining the wider challenges and possibilities of interdisciplinary pedagogy within the digital university, and the benefits and challenges of using creative practice to teach contemporary archaeology.
