Research Expertise

Rob Bray is a Lecturer at Argyll College, University of the Highlands and Islands. He has worked as a Psychologist and, for most of his career, in Further, Higher and Community Education. Rob has a PhD in Environmental Decision Making from the University of Strathclyde.

Reflective practice: to what extent do Educators record their reflections outside mandatory requirements, such as course reviews and CPD assessments? Would the use of 'Lean Learning Logs', as a time-efficient way of recording reflection, be useful? I'm also looking at the use of Critical Pedagogy as a way of analysing the challenges faced by disadvantaged on-line learners in the Covid-19 crisis.
