I have worked across the service-academic boundary for over twelve years in a range of research, teaching, management and leadership roles. 

My ambition is to see further strengthening of the research community in the Highlands and Islands, leading to a growing number of staff who produce high quality academic outputs whilst contributing to day to day service delivery.
