Personal profile

Research Expertise

I am a postdoc in Algal Biotechnology. With an interest in cultivating microalgae for a variety of biotech applications. I am currently involved in assessing environmental factors associated with harmful algal blooms and identifying future risks and impacts. My previous research focussed on optimizing cultivation conditions for commercially important microalgal species. I have experience working in an industrial environment with commercial scale algal cultivation systems which are used to produce algal based nutraceuticals.
