Personal profile

Research Expertise

In my research I explore the role of arts for holistically-understood wellbeing and creative approaches to therapy and research itself. I am particularly interested in the relevance of arts and belonging for the wellbeing of rural ageing societies and individuals, in the role of creativity for healthy communities, and in the potential of digital technology for health and therapy. Prior to my life as a researcher I trained in psychology, arts therapies and worked in mental health settings.
