Relate North Exhibition

Description

Countdown, a film and photographic installation created in collaboration with Susan Timmins was exhibited in this second annual exhibition organised by the ASAD network. RELATE NORTH posed a series of questions for artists, designers, researchers and academics as a framework for action and creating art: How can art stimulate debate or promote sustainability and engagement with northern and Arctic issues? What role can art play in narrating Nordic issues? How might art describe some of the challenges facing those living in northern areas today? Curator: Asthildur Jonsdottir
