A monumental catastrophe: investigating the collapsed dolmens at Garn Turne, south-west Wales

So far we have argued that dolmens as the first composite megalithic architecture in the early Neolithic of north-western and northern Europe were both qualitatively and quantitatively different from anything that had gone before and were therefore extraordinary monumental edifices of display.
