Recording “Speaking Out: Tackling Accent Bias at An Elite University” event which was hosted in April 2025. Multiple speakers were gathered to speak about accent bias and linguistic discrimination in higher education, as well as discuss some possible interventions. This event was co-organised by the 93% Club Edinburgh, the Scottish Social Mobility Society, the Department of Linguistics and English Language.
