Research Expertise
Currently conducting PhD research on the role of problem-solving strategies and personality type in determmiing suitablity for specific roles in software development.
Have published research articles on the role of coding bootcamps in compariosn wioth traditional University courses, predicting exam grades in Computing based on prior qualifications and level of English study and the experience of graduates from tertiary education.
